Registration

Please complete the registration form (from download-box at the right side of this page) and submit as email attachment to the registration submission link ("Registration", submissions-box) at the right side of this page or fax to the number indicated on the form. You may reserve a room at the conference hotel with the same form, or use the hotel reservation form separately or later.

Fee: EURO 380,- regular, 190,- students or young postdocs (max 2 years)
Payment of registration fee is required for acceptance of registration. Registrations indicating payment by bank transfer are only processed if a transfer statement is included or otherwise when the transfer has been completed. Student fee applies to students or post-docs no more than 2 years after completing PhD or MD. A student certificate or a letter by the supervisor is required to qualify for the student fee. Payment in EURO. The registration fee includes admission to the sessions, all conference materials, coffee and snacks during breaks, beverages during sessions and a welcome cocktail. No registration fee for accompanying persons. Accommodation and meals at the meeting hotel are NOT included in the registration fee.
Cancellation policy: Refund of full payment minus a handling fee of 50,- by March 6th, 2012. No refund thereafter.

Liability disclaimer: The organizers do not accept liability for personal medical expenses, travel expenses, or any other personal expenses as a consequence of accidents, weather conditions, or other unexpected events, or changes of the published program. We advise participants to care for their own travel and health insurance.

Abstracts

All speakers are requested to submit an abstract (length about half-a-page or about 230 words). Please use the abstract template (from download-box at the right side of this page) for formatting and submit as email attachment using the submission link ("Abstract", submissions box at the right side of this page).All participants not selected as speaker in a session may submit one abstract on any topic in neurosciences. These abstracts will be accepted and presented as posters.

Individual registered participants who are not part of an oral session may submit and present one poster on any topic in neurosciences.

The deadline for abstract submission is Feb. 18th 2012
